  • Do I need a credit card to start?

    No. An account is free. A new organisation gets 30 days of Starter, plus $10 in AI credits. No card on file.

  • What happens after 30 days?

    Subscribe to Starter or Growth to keep the organisation. If you don’t, it freezes until you subscribe — it does not drop to a forever-free plan.

  • Is pricing per user?

    No. Prices are per organisation per month (USD). Starter includes 5 seats, Growth 15 — members plus pending invites share that cap.

  • What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?

    Starter ($20/mo) is unlimited pages, 5 assistants with email and phone, 5 seats, 10,000 records, 1 GB storage, and 30 minutes of function compute per month. Growth ($50/mo) raises that to 25 assistants, 15 seats, 100,000 records, 10 GB, and 180 minutes of function compute.

  • What are AI credits?

    AI usage draws from a prepaid wallet on the organisation. A new organisation gets $10. Buy more anytime in Settings → Billing.
