Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Thogits beta. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Thogits is software for storing structured records and generating internal tools. It is provided as a beta, without a service-level agreement. Features may change, and there may be downtime.
Your account
You must provide an accurate email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account and organisations you own.
Your data
You retain rights to content you store. You grant us a licence to host, back up, and process that content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy when a feature requires it (for example assistants and search).
Do not store payment card PANs, government ID scans, or health records (PHI). You must have a lawful basis to store other people’s personal data (for example club members or customers).
Acceptable use
You must not:
- probe, scrape, or attack the Service or other tenants;
- use the Service to send spam or malware;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- circumvent billing, rate limits, or access controls.
AI features
Assistants and page generation send workspace context to third-party model providers. Model output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything you ship to your users.
Fees
Paid plans and AI credits are billed through Stripe as shown on the pricing page. Unused beta access may be withdrawn.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not liable for lost profits or data beyond the fees you paid us in the previous three months, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that create operational risk.
