Start from a system, not a blank stare
A good template is a starting system: types, records, and pages that already mean something. You install it. You look around. Then you change it.
Thogits templates live in Explore systems. They are not a giant public gallery on this site. They are working starting points you install into your space, then reshape until they match how you run the work.
Begin with someone else’s structure. Then the assistant fits the system to you — fields, pages, and wording — instead of leaving you to click through a template you only half understand.
What you get when you install
A starting system is a coherent slice of a workspace. Depending on the system, that can include:
- Record types for the job (clients, jobs, invoices, tickets, notes)
- Fields and statuses that are already useful
- Pages: lists, boards, dashboards, detail screens
- Enough sample structure that you can tell what it is for
It is not a screenshot. It is not a slide deck of “how you might use Thogits.” It is a system in your space.
Then the assistant makes it yours
Fit it to the real process
Install is the start. Tell the assistant what is wrong.
“We don’t use that stage. We split jobs by crew, not by client.” “Add dietary notes to every event.” “I need a page for this week only, on the phone.”
The assistant rewrites pages and adjusts the database. You keep the records you already entered. You are not exporting to a spreadsheet and starting over.
That is the point for agencies, operations, and small businesses with a process that is “almost” a standard CRM or project tool — and never quite is.
Not a marketplace of 10,000 lookalikes
We do not pretend to have a template for every industry on earth. Explore is a set of starting systems, not an infinite gallery.
If none of them are close, start blank. Describe the work. The assistant will still build types and pages. Templates save time when the shape is near. They are not a requirement.
Once a system is in your space, it is yours. Rename it. Delete pages you will not use. Add the weird field your shop actually needs. Invite the team and work from the same records.
Same product, whether you start blank or from a system
Templates do not create a second product. The engine is always:
- Typed records in the database
- Pages the assistant writes on those records
- An assistant you can chat with, email, or call
- Automations and reminders on a schedule when you want them
Start from Explore when you want a head start. Start from a sentence when you do not. Either path ends in the same workspace.
Try it
Open Explore, install a starting system, and ask the assistant to fit it to one real workflow. See all Features, check pricing, or sign up and reshape the first system you install.
